Last Updated: 17 July 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all masterclasses, workshops, group programmes, networking events, training sessions and other events organised by Leadfully ("we", "our", "us"), whether delivered online or in person.
By booking or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking
Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary.
3. Payments
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment must be made before access to an event is granted unless otherwise agreed.
Where payment plans are available, all instalments must be paid on the agreed dates.
Failure to make payments may result in your place being cancelled or access to the event being suspended until your account is brought up to date.
4. Cancellations by Attendees
If you are unable to attend an event, please notify Leadfully as soon as possible.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking:
Bookings are non-refundable.
You may transfer your place to another person with our prior written agreement.
At our discretion, we may allow you to transfer your booking to a future event if sufficient notice is given.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Where an event forms part of a larger programme, any missed sessions remain non-refundable.
5. Event Changes and Cancellations
Leadfully reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event dates, venues, speakers, timings, content or delivery methods where necessary.
If we need to postpone or cancel an event, you will be offered either:
a place on the rescheduled event; or
a full refund of the amount paid for the affected event.
Leadfully shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, childcare, loss of earnings or any other expenses incurred as a result of an event being postponed or cancelled.
6. In-Person Events
For in-person events, participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodation and any associated costs unless otherwise stated.
Attendees are expected to:
arrive in good time for the event
follow any health and safety instructions provided by Leadfully or the venue
treat other attendees, speakers and venue staff with respect
behave in a professional and courteous manner
respect the venue and its facilities.
Leadfully reserves the right to refuse entry or require a participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, offensive, inappropriate or poses a risk to others. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
7. Online Events
For online events, participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
a reliable internet connection
suitable equipment to access the event
access to any required software or online platform.
Leadfully cannot be held responsible for technical issues experienced by participants that prevent attendance.
8. Recordings
Some events may be recorded.
By attending a live event, you acknowledge that your name, voice or image may appear in the recording if you choose to participate.
Where recordings are provided, they are supplied solely for the personal use of registered attendees and must not be copied, shared, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Leadfully reserves the right not to provide recordings for every event.

We ask all attendees to respect the confidentiality of information shared during events and not disclose another participant's information without their permission.
12. Results Disclaimer
Our training is designed to provide education, guidance and practical support.
However, we do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to increased income, business growth, client numbers, leads or commercial success.
